1 cup of coconut water
1 cup of orange juice
2 cups of baby spinach
2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks
6 popsicle mold
Step 1. Place the ingredients in the order listed in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2. Pour the smoothie into the popsicle mould, cover, and freeze for 1 hour.
Step 3. Insert the wooden sticks into each cavity and freeze for another 4 hours or overnight.
