Foodie Friday: Green Smoothie

Simply delicious and very healthy!! Great for breakfast on the go or a snack. Ingredients: 1 Cup of spinach  1 cup of water 1 frozen banana  Method: Step 1- Blend the spinach until smooth. Step 2- Add water and blend again. Step 3- Next add the banana and blitz until nice and creamy. Enjoy!
