Ingredients:
Handful of Mushrooms
200g spinach
1 cup of Peas
150g Coconut yoghurt
Brown penne pasta
1 Garlic clove
Method:
Step 1. Boil pasta as per packet instructions.
Step 2. Wash and chop mushrooms into slices then fry over med heat for 10 mins with garlic.
Step 3. Add peas for the last 5 minutes of the pasta cooking.
Step 4. Drain the pasta , put back into the saucepan and mix through peas , mushroom and yoghurt.
