2 cups of mashed over ripe bananas
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanila extract
3/4 brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 unsalted butter - room temp
Step 1. Pre heat oven to 170 and grease a loaf baking tin.
Step 2. In a large mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Step 3. In a separate bowl combine butter and sugar with a handheld mixer and beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time then add sour cream, bananas and vanilla , miss well.
Step 4. Slowly add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well.
Step 5. Pour batter into tin and add a sliced banana on top. Bake for 45-60 minutes.
