Ingredients:
1 tsp cinnamon
150g almonds
160g raisins
1 tbsp butter
Method:
Step 1. Blend almonds in a food processor for 1 minute until blended.
Step 2. Next add raisins, almonds and butter. Blitz for a couple of minutes until mixture is blended well.
Step 3. Form the mixture into balls with your hands.
Step 4. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
