Ingredients:
1 chopped onion
1 crushed garlic clove
1 can of chopped tomatoes
2 cans of mixed beans
1 tsp of rosemary
2 tsp of thyme
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 deseeded red chilli
Method:
Step 1. Over med heat add onion and garlic and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 2. Then add tomatoes, rosemary, thyme and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3. Pour in mixed beans , maple syrup and chilli and bring to a boil then lower to a simmer and cook for 35 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Serve with corn bread or any bread you desire.
