Foodie Friday: Chicken Caesar salad.

Ingredients:

400g chicken breast

1 washed chopped lettuce 

1 peeled avocado 

Croutons

1 cucumber 

Caesar dressing

Method:

Step 1. Wash lettuce and cucumber and chop into small chunks. 

Step 2. Heat a pan over med heat with vegetable oil add the chicken breast and cook until golden brown, roughly 6-8 minutes. 

Step 3. Add all ingredients into a salad bowl and dress before serving.
