Foodie Friday: Blueberry Compote.

Ingredients:

200g washed blueberries

1 tbsp of maple syrup

Method:

Step 1. Over med heat cook blueberries and maple syrup for 10 minutes, until blueberries soften.

Step 2. With a fork mash blueberries in a bowl and serve hot with yoghurt and muesli.
