Foodie Friday: Berry smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 peeled banana

1 cup of frozen berries

1/2 cup of yoghurt 

1/4 orange juice
Method:

Step 1. Peel the banana and add to blender.

Step 2. Add in berries, yoghurt and orange juice and blitz until smooth.
