Foodie Friday -Banana Bread

Ingredients: 4 peeled bananas 150g ground almonds 125g buckwheat flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp bicarbonate soda 190ml maple syrup 2 tsp apple cider vinegar Method: Preheat oven 170 degrees. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth. Add all dry ingredients and mix well with the bananas. Then stir in wet ingredients until mixture is creamy and smooth. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Bake the loaf in oven for 45-50 minutes. Put a knife inside and if it comes out clean its ready. Leave in tin for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.
