Foodie Friday- Banana and Berry smoothie.

Smoothies are a great breakfast or snack packed full of nutritions and energy and of course super easy and quick to make! Ingredients: 1 peeled banana 1 handful of kale 1 handful of frozen berries 1/4 chopped cucumber 1 cup of milk ( your choice) Method: Place kale in blender  Then add all other ingredients and blend till smooth. ENJOY!
