Foodie Friday: Balsamic Honey Salmon

Balsamic Honey Salmon 

 

Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets

1 clove of garlic

1/2 of honey

1/2 of balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup

Olive oil

 

Method:

Step 1. Crush you garlic in a bowl.

Step 2. In a bowl pour the honey, balsamic vinegar and olive oil and mix.

Step 3. Next put the salmon and half the marinade in a zip lock bag and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 4. Then take the salmon of the fridge and then put a pan over med-heat and add the salmon.

Step 5. Cook each side for a few minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

Step 6. Remove the salmon from the pan and pour in the rest of the marinade letting it sizzle for a few minutes.

Step 7. Place salmon on a plate and pour over the remaining marinade.
