Foodie Friday:Apple and cranberry crumble.

Ingredients:

Filling

6 apples peeled and cored

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbs plain flour

1 tsp of ground cinnamon

Topping

1 cup rolled oats 

2 tbs melted butter

1 tsp cinnamon

Method:

Step 1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. 

Step 2. In a medium bowl mix all topping ingredients except butter. With a fork mix melted butter until crumbly.

Step 3. In another bowl mix filling ingredients. Pour into an oven proof dish and then add the topping. 

Step 4. Bake 25 minutes or until tender
