Foodie Friday: A Simple Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

1 pack of cherry tomatoes

1 burrata 250g

2 slices of wholemeal sourdough, chopped

1/4 brown onion

 

Method:

Step 1. Wash and chop tomatoes.

Step 2. In a pan, heat some butter over Medium heat and add in chopped bread. Fry until both sides are brown and crunchy.

Step 3. Mix croutons and tomatoes in olive oil and add burrata on top with olive oil.
