Five Summer Smoothies

Green smoothies are versatile and you can include any green vegetables like spinach, broccoli, kale and many other leafy greens, combined with some deliciously tasty fruit. Green smoothies can improve digestion and increase your daily fruit and vegetable intake.

 

Berry smoothies are super healthy as berries contain antioxidants which help keep free radicals under control. Berries can improve blood sugar, help reduce inflammation and decrease your risk of heart disease and other health problems.

 

Strawberry smoothies are loaded with vitamins, fibre and antioxidants such as polyphenols. Strawberries contain little or no fat, zero cholesterol and is free of sodium. A super food by right, it's also a good source of potassium and manganese.

 

Fresh mango smoothies are the ultimate summer smoothie. I mean what are summers if they do not come loaded with mangoes? This refreshing drink is made with the goodness of mango pulp, milk or yoghurt of your choice. 

 

Melon and kiwi smoothie make for sweet and pulpy smoothies. A delicious combo packed with nutrients that you can blend together and it’s quite a refreshing smoothie to enjoy.
