What services does KBPT offer?

We specialise in weight loss, running training (beginner to marathon), pre and post natal training, injury rehabilitation, cycle training, primal flow, strength training, cardio/HIIT and interval training, cancer recovery and sport-specific training.

How does the personal training work?

You’re assigned one of our fantastic female personal trainers. We’re all advanced level 3 qualified, highly experienced, results driven and down to earth. Your trainer comes to your home or a local park (e.g. Hackney Downs or London Fields) for your sessions and brings all the kit you need (kettlebells, boxing gloves etc). Alternatively, you’re very welcome to train at our boutique studio in Netil House, Hackney.

Everyone is different but we know from our clients that you’ll get motivated, have fun and achieve your fitness goals.
