How does it work?

  1. You meet us for a free consultation where we evaluate your health and lifestyle and create the best personal training plan to meet your goals.
  2. You’re assigned one of our fantastic female personal trainers. We’re all advanced level 3 qualified, highly experienced, results driven and down to earth.
  3. We train you at your home or in a local park or you can come to our boutique personal training studio in Netil House, Hackney.
  4. We handle everything, from bringing kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX, boxing gloves and other great kit to your session to devising home workouts for you.
  5. You get motivated, have fun and achieve your fitness goals!
