Serving up a seasonal menu you will be sure to find some breakfast favourites including poached eggs with smoked salmon or shakshuka. Muxima is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Mae + Harvey is a neighbourhood cafe in Bow open for all day brunch. Here you can find a friendly environment with something on the menu for all taste buds. Well known for their waffles this place is a must! Along with a savoury menu you can enjoy some fresh pastries and cakes. YUM!

Hiland cafe can be found in the middle of Roman Road, Bow.  Serving up porridge , granola , scrambled eggs or a halloumi burger. This a trendy cafe to pop into for flavoursome food and a chilled out breakfast or lunch.

Zealand Road Coffee Shop London is a hip daytime cafe with tables outdoors and a focus on speciality coffee, cakes and simple food. Located between Bow and Mile End this is a fabulous cafe to try out. The Lunch menu ranges from flat breads and sandwiches with lots of healthy ingredients. Did I mention it is also dog friendly ? YAY.

Symposium is an Italian owned deli-cafe , wine bar known for their friendly staff and tasty food. A classic Italian restaurant with their own twist, serving up homemade pastas , risotto or seabass this is a great place for a date night.
