Christmas is the most tempting time of the year but it doesn’t have to be unhealthy. Everything in moderation of course but here is six Christmas sides that are a healthier option to try this year.

Spiced red cabbage is a colourful dish that will complement any festive main course. Red cabbage is packed with minerals and vitamins with one being vitamin C which leads to a healthy heart. If you have any leftovers drizzle with olive oil and serve with a piece of grilled meat or fish.
