Green tea

Green tea is the healthiest beverage on the planet.  This tasty tea contains less caffeine than coffee so you can drink all day long without getting the shakes. Green tea is loaded with nutrients  and antioxidants that have powerful effects on our bodies. These include improved brain function, a lower risk of cancer, fat loss and many other great benefits.

Chamomile tea

Chamomile tea is enjoyed by many people as a caffeine-free alternative to black or green tea. Chamomile tea is also loaded with antioxidants that may play a role in lowering your risk of several diseases, including heart disease and cancer.

Turmeric tea

Turmeric tea is one popular form of consuming turmeric. It has a unique but subtle flavour and is a great way to get your dose of the health benefits from turmeric. These health benefits include helps prevent cancer, boosts immune system and lowers cholesterol.

Peppermint tea

Peppermint is a herb from the mint family that is a cross between spearmint and watermint. Peppermint may relieve digestive symptoms such as gas, bloating and indigestion. It is also a great fresh mint.

Jasmine tea

Jasmine tea is typically made from green tea leaves and so it provides many of the same powerful health benefits.  Jasmine tea is a sweeter alternative to green tea and has more of a subtle taste.
