Chicken bruschetta , this is such a classic summer dish! Super easy and more exciting then just your normal grilled chicken. Pre make your bruschetta mix including onion, basil, garlic and juicy tomatoes then cook your chicken as you normally would and serve the bruschetta mix on top. 

Baked salmon is a crowd favourite so at your next dinner party why not try this one pan lemon garlic baked salmon with asparagus? It’s a delicious meal full of healthy fats and protein! Lemon, garlic and parsley are infused in this salmon while it bakes in your oven for only 10 minutes. 

This mediterranean salad is the summer salad! Chopped lettuce made with red onions, black olives, lettuces, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and light lemon dressing. This makes for the perfect dish to serve along side some grilled meat or fish.

Sun-dried tomato pesto cauliflower salad is a delicious dinner for two. If you are not a big fan of cauliflower, you will change your mind about it when you make this salad. The sun-dried tomato pesto takes this cauliflower salad to an entirely new level.

Zucchini noodles are spaghetti-like strands of zucchini which you can make in a variety of ways. This is such a quick and easy recipe. You can basically combine the noodles with any ingredients you fancy just like spaghetti pasta dishes. Serve with a seafood , tomato or meat sauce.
