Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that’s found in many foods but particularly in fruits and vegetables. Known for having positive effects on our immune system and skin health Vitamin C is an important part of our diet. To help we’ve given our top five foods to ensure you are getting enough vitamin C.


Oranges remind me of summer and are great to enjoy as a snack after a workout. Did you know one medium orange delivers 70 mg of vitamin C? Other citrus fruits such as limes, mandarins and grapefruits are also a good source of vitamin C. Oranges make up a significant portion of dietary vitamin C intake.
