You don’t have to be Simone Biles to enjoy beaming. Think of it as a way to improve your balance, tone up and have fun at the same time. No leotard required. 

What is Beamfit?

Using a gymnastics beam only a few centimetres off the floor, Beamfit helps you with balance, stability and much more. To get a bit scientific, it offers a whole body training programme that you do barefoot to increase kinesthetic awareness through a variety of balance exercises and movement patterns.
