Spring Tabboleuh 

 

Tabboleuh is a very popular Lebanese dish that is the perfect salad to serve this spring. It is a simple, cheap dish that can add a healthy dose of vegetables to your weekly meals. As  it’s vegan, everyone is satisfied with these delicious flavours. 

 

Tomato and Chicken Couscous Salad 

 

This salad is a very quick dish to whip up when you don’t have a lot of time. A tasty salad with fresh and healthy ingredients. White balsamic vinegar is sweet and mild so it’s used to flavour the roasted tomatoes and use as a dressing. 

 

Lentil, Roasted Beetroot and Baby Carrot Salad

 

This colourful, comforting salad combines roasted sweet root veggies with French lentils. This salad makes for a perfect side dish, accompanied by grilled fish or meat.
