After the birth of my daughter, I desperately needed to get in shape and increase my fitness levels. I was suffering for a bad back as my core muscles were extremely poor from the pregnancy… I needed help and Hayley was my hero. I wouldn’t say I was a lover of fitness, I hated being out of breath and genuinely was terrified going to my first session. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed myself, Hayley put me through my paces each session and can honestly say I loved them and looked forward to the next one. Somehow Hayley could continue to surprise me with the diversity of her sessions, making them fun, informative (and sweaty!). My body was in a rather fragile state, she listened to my concerns and incorporated this into my sessions, so I felt comfortable doing the exercises yet achieving the results I wanted. She is a firm but fair personal trainer and pushes you enough to see results, I’m stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been and found a new love for keeping fit! Couldn’t recommend her enough, getting back into shape after a baby is hard but she made it fun, thanks so so much!
Working with Nicki has been fantastic. Challenging, but fantastic which is what you’d want from a trainer. As I prepared for my wedding she encouraged, motivated and pushed me in every session. It never got boring and it was never predictable. I was happy and proud of with the results. Sessions with Nicki are never just train, train, train – she brings a sense of fun and compassion so that even when you’re doing the 100th variation of a burpee then she’s reminding you why you’re there and that she believes in you. She’s tough in the right way, but she’s also there for the emotional highs and lows that sometimes come when making big changes or pushing yourself hard. I ran marathons and exercised regularly prior to seeing Nicki, but the care she took in designing plans specific to me and my goals, as well as helping me stay on track meant that I saw the best visible results I’d ever had in terms of inches lost. Even without being super strict on my dietary changes (sorry Nicki!). Having worked with trainers in the past, I can definitely recommend Nicki as a trainer who clearly loves what she does and who uses that love and energy to ensure you get the best results.

Gem is a wonderful PT – I always look forward to our sessions and every week am surprised at how much she has got me to push myself. I have noticed my fitness improve significantly in the last month and as she varies the exercises we do every session it means an hour flies by before I notice! She is so encouraging and our sessions have made a big difference to my confidence.
Hayley is an incredible trainer. Not only was I able to go down two dress sizes in two months, but I was also able to meet the targets set during a thorough and personable consultation. This included running non-stop for ten minutes, which seemed like an impossible task before starting her plan – by the end I was able to run for 30 minutes non-stop.
Hayley works with you – she’s very attentive and would always check just how sore I was after days had passed our training session. She is very passionate about what she does. She delivers interesting ways to make working out fun each week and she was also able to give me manageable training plans as well as great dietary advice. I particularly loved how she incorporated boxing and circuit training into my plan.
My fitness has improved and she has released my positive attitude to exercise. My fitness was non-existent, so I highly recommend Hayley to get the best from you no matter what shape or fitness level you are at now.
Mia has a wonderfully uplifting manner about her, and always ensures her personal training sessions are not only fun but also pushes us to do the best we can. She always shows me something new, which keeps me motivated and engaged in my workout sessions week on week. Without her encouragement, I would not have seen the progress I have so far.
Having Mia as a trainer has been fun, challenging, and hard work! When I first started seeing Mia my fitness levels were quite low, and I wasn’t feeling confident with the way I looked or felt. After just a couple of weeks of training, I started to notice a difference in the way I felt, my motivation levels had increased and I was feeling stronger. All of our workouts have been different and unique, and I’ve never felt bored, which for me is very important – I like to mix things up in order to maintain motivation. I would definitely recommend Mia if you are looking for a trainer who is friendly, knowledgeable, and who pushes you to reach your potential.
Mia’s fantastic knowledge, attitude and incredible bubbly personality made her a pleasure to train with. I came to Mia with the goal of toning up and dropping body fat. Having previously done lots of weight training I needed a change. Mia got me doing some high intensity sessions which had great results. She is so upbeat, loves a high five and always brings a unique workout to a session. Mia is without a doubt the best personal trainer that I have ever had and I have absolutely no doubts in recommending her.
Gemma is a fantastic trainer who motivates and encourages you to do better every time in a totally supportive way. I hadn’t done any exercise for years and was out of shape and unsure what to expect. After a few sessions with Gemma I can’t wait to get fitter faster!
Gemma has been amazing: kind, encouraging and just the right amount of tough. We’ve made more progress than we could have imagined because of her patience and guidance.
