Motivational Monday: Client of the month for January goes to Kate Donnelly who trains with both KBPT trainers Kate and Hayley. Kate has been training with KBPT since June and has showed real determination. Training consistently twice a week with running homework in addition, Kate’s fitness has gone from strength to strength. Kate started unable to do a single sit up or press up and in her last fitness test she managed 100 sit ups and 27 press-ups! Her plank has increased from 40 secs to 1 min 33 secs.
One of Kate’s goals was to get into running. First she took part in park run 5k and then went onto complete a 10k race in 1 hour and 8 mins. Kate has already signed up to Hackney Half in 2018 and will start her training in Jan. As well as her fitness improving Kate has been losing inches due to her working on a more balanced diet. Congratulations Kate we couldn’t be prouder and are excited to see where you end up at the end of 2018!
