Motivational Monday: This months client of the month goes to Helen’s client Rachel.
Rachel has been training with KBPT since June and despite lots of travel with work and having allergic reactions to the midges during her early morning park sessions she has persevered and shown amazing commitment to her training.
As well as her PT sessions she has been running, going to exercise classes and more recently taken up bouldering.
Drinking was a big part of her social life, she has managed to cut this right down, despite the peer pressure of friends drinking around her – she even managed an alcohol free month.
Rachel has seen big improvements in her fitness. She has increased from 30 sit ups to 100! She has gone from a 1.15 min plank to 2 mins and has increased her press ups from 20 to 25. Good work Rachel – keep up the hard work and keep pushing forward x
