Motivational Monday: This months client of the month goes to KBPT trainer Mia’s client Oli who started personal training in June this year. Oli has totally changed his lifestyle. He never misses a session of his personal training and alongside he does nightly core exercises, walks to work everyday and is starting to get back into running after recovering from injury. He’s even been on a hiking holiday in the mountains of Kosovo and was thrilled to be one of the fittest there. He has turned his eating around and adopted a fantastic healthy diet as well as cut his alcohol consumption right down to just drinking socially at the weekend. Oli’s results speak for them self. He has gone down two inches in trousers and is now a 30 inch waist. One of his goals was to increase upper body strength, he has gone from 12 to 40 press ups. Now he can hold over a 2 min plank too! Oli has type 1 diabetes and manages it daily, he is always prepared and shows there are no excuses. GO OLI!
