Motivational Monday: Client of the month is Hayley’s client Catherine. Catherine started training in April wanting regain her fitness as life had got in the way. Her goals were to gain more energy, feel fitter and stronger. Catherine worked hard to get through her first block of 10 sessions despite not feeling strong and being apprehensive to put her body weight on one side of her body due to an old injury. The first few sessions were super tough but Catherine put trust back into her body and started to rebuild her strength.
Catherine not only works long hours in a bank, she’s also a full-time Mum, but she hasn’t let this get in her way and has committed to her fitness, ensuring she trains regularly. The hard work has paid off: Catherine has gone from not being able to do a squat to doing full press-ups and a whole host of complex full body movements. Hayley has also been commenting on her strong right hook in boxing – a force to be reckoned with! Catherine will be finishing 2017 on a high! Good work we are all really impressed with how far you have come.
