Workout Wednesday Level Two – Total Body HIIT
2 Exercises using a 6/8/10kg kettlebell
Exercise One (Top) – High knees holding kettlebell
*Hold kettlebell at chest height
*Keep the kettlebell as still as possible
*Have your knees coming up as high and fast as you can
Exercise Two (Bottom) – Plank single arm row into press up
*Do not lock through the elbows in plank
*Keep your elbows close to your waist when you row
*Keep your bum as still as you can in plank
