KBPT Workout Four – Level Two – Cardio Burst
2 Exercises – 30 secs on and 10 secs off x 4 each
Exercise One – Burpee into star jump. Ensure you have both legs jumping back together at the same time with the burpee. Ensure both hands are completely flat on the ground when you place them down, with the index finger pointing forward.
Exercise Two – Walk Downs into plank. Standing straight, bend from the hip and keeping your legs as straight as you can walk your hands forward to plank. then walk your hands back up until you are standing again.
Progression – Increase the time. Try 45 secs on and 15 secs off x 4
