I really enjoy training with Cassie. She makes every work out different so you never get bored. She also really knows the right balance between pushing you to get results and keeping it fun and relaxing so you enjoy every workout rather than seeing it as an hour of ruthless exercise. I have been training with Cassie for almost 40 sessions now and the results are really there. I have much more muscle tone and keep gradually losing weight, but in a very balanced and sustained way. I would recommend training with Cassie to anyone.
I have been training with Cassie for almost 18 months now (that is, approximately 200 sessions!) since I came to London in early 2012. With Cassie’s constant encouragement and dedication, she has helped me successfully fight off the Heathrow Injection, on the way to being “effortlessly” toned and fit. I am now 30 and have never looked or felt better. Thank you Cassie for being an amazing trainer and friend! I can’t imagine my lunch times without you! 🙂
