Kate is totally inspirational and motivating. I have never been a fan of exercise but Kate has changed my attitude. I now exercise regularly and it is an important part of my life. Kate LOVES all kinds of exercise and is always going on courses to learn about the latest fitness crazes so working out with her is never dull. She regularly introduces new bits of kit and new routines. Importantly, Kate is a normal person too. She understands that her clients like to go out and have fun and she would never lecture people about their lifestyle. Kate has shown me that I can be healthy and fit as well as doing all the things I like to do. I would recommend Kate to anyone.

I’ve been training with Kate for about 8 months and couldn’t recommend her more highly. She’s a fantastic personal trainer who is always super-positive and upbeat, and manages (even at 7am!) to make exercise fun! The sessions are always varied, challenging and Kate always motivates me to push myself to my limits. if you’re looking for a talented, professional personal trainer who is also a lovely down-to-earth girl who will take the time to understand your needs and goals, Kate is really your only option!

I’ve been training with Kate for almost a year now – which doesn’t sound like a long time but I can hardly remember life before training! What I do remember is being hopelessly unfit, and ashamed of the fact that I couldn’t run for a bus! It was like my guilty secret… I knew I hated gyms, and that I wouldn’t have the motivation to keep up with something if I didn’t have someone there to push me to keep it up. Training with Kate has really changed my life – I feel proud of myself and my body – she has the perfect combination of no nonsense, no slacking attitude, combined with just the right level of understanding for managing my Type 1 diabetes, which can be a bit of a challenge with exercise. She has even got me running! I no longer dread exercise but look forward to every session – it’s fun, and makes me feel fantastic!

Quality Excellent Cannot recommend Kate highly enough! Not just because the training is EXCELLENT, but because she genuinely manages to make sessions fun. I’m someone who has always been intimidated by exercise, was bad at sports at school, always thought it was basically a world that was not for me… I started training with Kate several months ago, and now can’t imagine not doing it. And it’s not just our weekly sessions – she’s somehow got me inspired beyond that too – and now I’m training for a half marathon and a Three Peaks Challenge (with Team Kate) this year. And the strangest thing: I’m really, really enjoying it. I never thought I’d say that! As far as I’m concerned, Kate is the ONLY trainer in East London.

Kate is a brilliant trainer – I’ve been working with her for a while now and I can’t believe how much I’ve improved. Every session is different – she’s really motivating and pushes you on but is also a normal person who understands that you need to fit exercise around the rest of your life.
