So what have I been doing since I last blogged. Quick update, I will write about each one in details soon (I promise)!
I have become a Vibe Cycle Instructor. I haven’t had a chance to set up a regular class yet so am just doing cover at the moment but watch this space for Vibe Spinning coming to East London http://www.delvinfitness.com/vibecycle/
I have done a pre and post natal pregnancy course so am now a specialist in this area.
I have become a Kettlebell Academy Instructor so can take workshops as well as teach 1:1 http://www.kettlebelltrainingacademy.co.uk/
I have been learning Kung Fu with a fantastic Kung Fu teacher Michael http://www.tpm66.co.uk/ it is so much fun so I defo recommend him if you want to give it a go. He trains people around East and North London.
I have done my advanced Thump Boxing for Fitness course which was great fun http://www.thumpboxing.co.uk/
Running season is upon us so I ran a 10k race at the end of Feb in Finsbury Park and did the Reading half marathon last Sunday. Have another couple of races coming up before the summer.
