Foodie Friday: Peas, spinach & tomatoes
100ml Soya Milk
40g Unsweetened Muesli
- Reserve a strawberry for decoration, then process or blend the remainder with the raspberries.
- Add the juice to the food processor with soya milk and muesli, and process until almost smooth.
- Pour into glasses (serves 1-2), top each smoothie with half a strawberry and serve.
