I went on this boot camp over a year ago now. It was absolutely amazing. The accommodation was really nice, it was this big house with lots of gardens to do exercise in.
The whole boot camp was so well planned that we were always doing different things in different environments so you never got bored of doing the same thing every day.
A variety of girls were on the boot camp. All of us got on like a house on fire, it reminded me of traveling when you are all in something together.
The food was great, they had their own in-house chef, the variety of healthy food was amazing and they really catered for all needs.
Sam who started the boot camp was so down to earth and friendly, she really catered to your every need. The PTI’s were great and I trusted then completely which is important when you are hiking up mountains, mountain biking in the forest and rock climbing!
One thing the boot camp really taught me is you can always do more, we were up at 6am and finishing our evening walk at 9pm I was amazed by how much I could do when pushed!
So the boot camp was called Ultimate Boot Camp http://www.ultimatebootcamp.co.uk/
and I would defo recommend it to anyone who wanted to go on one. Not only did I really enjoy the experience, the weight I lost stayed off and they really teach people about how to stay healthy after leaving rather than just packing you off and sending you on your way.
They have put together a video for exercises to do when you are preparing for a skiing holiday. It is really good so I wanted to share it with you as I know people will starting to be thinking about skiing holidays now! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swz7DPqUeZM&feature=BF&list=QL&index=1
