Today I sent off my booking form to become a Vibe Spin Instructor. I first came across Vibe Spin when I saw a message on Facebook for a five hour spin class. Five hours spinning! Thought it would be a good challenge so I signed up and decided to tackle the fact it was five hours long at a later date!
The spin day took place at Fitness First in Covent Garden. Once inside the spin studio had banging tunes, strobe lights and all the instructors were down to earth and on the level. The five hours kicked off and a wicked variety of banging tunes along with really enthusiastic instructors kept us hyped throughout the day. I didn’t even notice a dip in my energy levels until we were well into three hours. A quick energy drink and a snack got me back on track and when I finished the day I was so buzzing from the music I wanted to go clubbing!! To have a look at a video clip of the day http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F6Wu50njR9Q
So I was defo up for going to the next Vibe Spin. It was at the Reebok Sports Club Canary Wharf http://www.reeboksportsclublondon.com/ I’d not been before and it is a great sports club. I managed to persuade a couple of my friends (that didn’t think I was insane for doing marathon spinning sessions) to come along, after all this was only a three hour ride!
Again I enjoyed the spin class thoroughly and decided to keep my eye out for a Vibe instructors course. If Vibe spin can make three and five hours fly then an hour class will feel like five mins and will a perfect addition to my clients fitness programmes.
So the course is on the 13th November. Watch this space for details of where I will be teaching it. If you want any further information yourself on Vibe Spin check out their website http://www.delvinfitness.com/vibecycle/
DON’T JUST RIDE FEEL THE VIBE!!!
