KBPT is a mobile personal training service based in Hackney, in East London. We are a team of six down to earth girls (all advanced level 3 qualified) who zip round East London on our bikes keeping East London fit and healthy! We are the most established female trainers in the area and have a range of amazing clients all with different goals which we are proven to help them attain.
The best thing about us is that we can design a programme perfectly tailored to you, from the time you want to train to where you want to do it (PT studio, park or home). We ensure that we make the training fit in with your lifestyle as there is no such thing as 9-5 in London! There are six of us so we have cover for holidays and can be very flexible on timings and locations.
